The article analyzed the effect on the proteome of treatments in a Down syndrome mouse models. Authors indicate that re-establishment of a proper epigenetic state and rescue of the kinome deregulation may contribute to the cognitive rescue induced by green tea extracts. Authors have developed some statistical tools that will very helpful in the integration of data obtained in HEROES project.
